Snake Oil’s 26-person team spans marketing, warehousing, scheduling, HVAC, vendor management, and event execution. Initially, 15 used Asana. They also run Julip J, a venue business reliant on Asana. College students are hired for events, and the team uses Google Docs, proposal software, email, and texting, causing inefficiencies.
